Anishinaabe Knowledge

During his visits to Walpole Island and the Garden River Reserve, Volney Jones interviewed Anishinaabe community members about their knowledge of plants and textiles, such as baskets and mats. He also learned about the plants used by the Anishinaabe to make natural dyes, as well as plants used for food and to make a broom.
